How to Apply

We have a rolling admissions policy, so it’s never too early, or too late, to apply.

Here’s what you’ll need to apply:

1. Application. Submit your completed paper application, or apply online, together with a non-refundable fee of $50, to the main office of Machon L'Parnasa: 2002 Avenue J, Brooklyn, NY 11210.

2. Proficiency and/or Ability to Benefit exam. All applicants are required to take proficiency exams in English and Math, which is used for placement purposes only. In the event that the applicant has not completed high school, has not taken or passed the GED, or has graduated from a foreign high school, an 'Ability to Benefit' examination (called an Accuplacer) will be administered to ensure that you are capable of benefiting from the college courses at Machon L’Parnasa. Each exam is administered by Touro at Machon L’Parnasa.

3. Send in your transcripts. Official transcripts of all high school and college work should be sent directly to Machon L' Parnasa by your high school (and/or college, if applicable.) Transcripts issued to students directly are not considered official documents. Even if the student does not intend or expect to transfer college credit, he/she should have all transcripts sent to Touro College.

International students: All international students must provide proof of secondary-school completion according to matriculation standards in the issuing country. All foreign documents must be accompanied by an official English translation and evaluation. International Students staff can help you.
